Ms. Wei Yanping has provided professional legal services to numerous government agencies, public institutions, and state-owned enterprises for many consecutive years, specializing in administrative law. She has represented various administrative cases, including real estate registration, administrative licensing, administrative penalties, and administrative expropriation, involving marine areas, islands, land, forestry, environmental protection, and hazardous chemicals. She has represented clients in administrative investigations, hearings, reviews, and litigation to protect their legal rights. She has also provided long-term legal services to various government agencies, including document review, consulting on matters, and legality review and revision of normative documents.
During her practice, she was entrusted by the Provincial People’s Congress to participate in the revision of the Fujian Province Property Management Regulations as a legislative group member, attending numerous legislative revision seminars and promoting the revision and publication of the regulations. She was also entrusted by a government to participate in the pre-negotiation and post-review litigation of a company’s overall asset expropriation, facilitating the successful completion of the expropriation. She was entrusted by the land department to handle the resolution of a series of land transfer contract issues involving Xieli Technology Co., Ltd. in the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone, including the design of legal solutions and subsequent litigation in the Provincial Higher Court and Supreme Court, achieving comprehensive victories. Throughout her practice, she has provided special legal training for consultant units multiple times and participated in the recording of the Lawyers on the Scene program jointly launched by the Fujian Provincial Department of Justice, Fujian Lawyers Association, and Fujian TV News Channel, conducting legal education activities.
