Her major clients include Vanke, C&D Real Estate, and its subsidiary Yijia Property, China Resources Land, Zhenro, Radiance, as well as Vanke Property, Bon Property, Yango Property, and Zhonglian Property. She provides embedded full-process legal services for Vanke Property, familiar with the legal risks and prevention measures of commercial management and property companies. She also represents these companies in various civil and commercial litigation cases involving commercial housing sales contracts, lease contracts, construction engineering contracts, and property service contracts, including assisting commercial management companies in collecting rent and other fees, representing property companies in litigation with owners, developers, and outsourcing units, and providing due diligence for Vanke Property’s acquisition of Binhai Property.
