The Intellectual Property Team consists of professional lawyers and senior intellectual property legal advisors. Its services include intellectual property litigation, compliance, strategic planning, trademark registration and copyright registration, trademark opposition and review, intellectual property due diligence, risk assessment, infringement investigation, rights protection, customs intellectual property filing and protection, trade secret protection, permanent legal counsel, overseas intellectual property protection through the Madrid system or individual countries, and other professional areas.

Strengths and Achievements

1. Team lawyers have been appointed as arbitrators for the Xiamen Arbitration Commission, special mediators for intellectual property disputes at the Fuzhou Intermediate People’s Court, and selected as senior talents in the China Trademark Association’s trademark talent pool.

2. In the global patent dispute between Qualcomm and Apple in 2017, acted as the representative for Apple, handling a series of patent infringement cases involving Qualcomm and Apple in Fuzhou.

3. Represented Fujian Jinhua Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd.(JHICC), a domestic memory chip company, in a six-year-long intellectual property dispute with the American company Micron and the U.S. Department of Commerce and Department of Justice. Successfully obtained an interim injunction from the Chinese court against Micron’s chip products, significantly aiding in the global settlement between the two parties.

4. Represented the trademark dispute case between SCUD Group and Aigo, which was selected as one of the top ten typical intellectual property cases by Fujian lawyers in 2018.

5. Represented a Fujian company in a trade secret infringement case involving Li XX and others from a furniture company, which was selected as an intellectual property case by Fujian lawyers in 2022.

6. Represented the first national case of trade secret infringement involving e-commerce customers, which was selected as a typical trade secret protection case in Fujian Province and included in People’s Justice (Case).
