Mr. Chen Liang has been engaged in intellectual property legal affairs since 1998. He is familiar with intellectual property theory and laws and regulations and excels in drafting intellectual property strategies and handling intellectual property disputes for enterprises. He has provided intellectual property legal services to thousands of enterprises, such as Fuyao Glass, Fujian Motor Industry Group, Fujian Forecam Optics(RICOM), Fujian Mawei Shipbuilding, Nanping Aluminum, Sun Cable, Zhenghe Gongfu Tea, Fumao Wine Group, Tenfu’s Tea, and Niutailang Catering, helping them avoid intellectual property legal risks. He has also provided trademark protection planning and implementation for public resource brands to various governments. His professional articles integrating theoretical knowledge and practical experience have been published in professional journals such as China Trademark, West Strait Trademark, and China Intellectual Property News. He has been interviewed by numerous media outlets, including Straits News, Fuzhou Evening News, and Fujian TV, regarding intellectual property hot events.
