Ms. Zhang Jinhui previously practiced at the Shanghai branch of Jingtian & Gongcheng Law Firm in Beijing. She has extensive experience in equity investment, M&A, and private equity funds. Since practicing law, she has provided legal services for dozens of domestic and overseas equity investment M&A projects for renowned enterprises and private equity investment institutions such as Alibaba, 360 Group, Suning Group, IDG Capital, SIG (Susquehanna International Group), Detong Capital, Frees Fund, and Loyal Valley Capital.
