Before joining Topwe, Mr. Sun Ming worked in the court system for a long time, with 15 years of practical experience in trials. He served as a judge in the Administrative Trial Division, Trial Supervision Division, and Civil Division II of the Intermediate People’s Court of Fuzhou City. He has profound theoretical knowledge and practical experience in company law, contract law, and administrative law, having handled numerous civil, commercial, and administrative litigation cases, with unique insights and accurate judgments in resolving various cases.

Mr. Sun Ming has deep theoretical and practical experience in the field of administrative law and administrative litigation law. During his time at the court, his written judgments won multiple awards. After becoming a lawyer, he has focused on administrative law, providing legal services to over twenty administrative agencies including the Fujian Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Fujian Provincial Oceanic and Fisheries Bureau, Fujian Provincial Forestry Bureau, Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone Management Committee, Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone Natural Resources and Ecological Environment Bureau, Fuqing Municipal Government, Lianjiang County Government, Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, among others. Particularly in administrative expropriation and tax-related administrative disputes, he has represented many significant administrative litigation cases, handling major, complex, and difficult cases.
