Ms. Qian Guandi graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Ms. Qian specializes in legal affairs in foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, government investment, private equity funds, and intellectual property. She serves as a perennial legal advisor for many state-owned enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, listed companies, and private equity fund companies, providing legal advice on corporate governance, investment and financing, foreign trade, foreign exchange compliance, intellectual property, and more. In the field of private equity and bond issuance, Ms. Qian has rich experience in fund structure design, government approval, registration and filing, project investment, and exit. She has handled the issuance of company and corporate bonds totaling hundreds of billions of yuan and provided legal services for many parallel funds, offshore RMB funds, and special funds.
