Mr. Li Wenxi has been practicing law for over ten years. In 2010, he participated in the founding of Topwe Law Firm as a core team member. He heads the Real Estate and Construction Law Department, which is one of the core business departments of Topwe. His clients include Vanke, Country Garden, China Resources, China Overseas, Longfor, CIFI, Sino-Ocean, Zhongliang, R&F Properties, Tahoe Group, C&D Real Estate, ITG Real Estate, Zhenro, Rong Qiao, Sansum, Radiance, Haisheng Real Estate, Bailian Real Estate, Fullboon Industry, Kaihui Group, Highsun Real Estate, Rongwan Real Estate, among others. He provides comprehensive legal services including legal counsel and mergers and acquisitions for real estate companies. He also represents real estate companies in handling and dealing with disputes involving commercial housing sales contracts and construction project contracts, familiar with the real estate development process, and has rich litigation and arbitration experience.
As an expert group member, he participated in the revision of the “Fujian Property Management Regulations” legislative work. He has provided legal services to government clients including the Fuzhou Natural Resources and Planning Bureau and handled multiple disputes over state-owned construction land use rights transfer contracts, familiar with property and land management regulations and policies.
He has long provided legal training for real estate clients, and as the head of the Legal and Training Group of the Fuzhou Real Estate Industry Association, he has undertaken the legal training work of the Fuzhou Real Estate Industry Association, with rich experience in legal training.
