Experience:

Mr. Su Xiaorong is the leader of Topwe’s tax law team. Before practicing law, he worked in the national tax department for a long time, with rich practical experience in resolving tax-related enterprise disputes, especially in handling major and complex tax matters. He has successfully represented clients multiple times in resolving tax disputes with tax authorities, including tax hearings, tax administrative reviews, tax administrative litigations, and tax-related criminal defense cases, covering hot and difficult issues in tax law such as transfer pricing, issuance of false VAT invoices, and export tax rebates. The cases he represented were selected as one of the top ten influential national tax judicial review cases and typical cases of administrative trials by the High People’s Court of Fujian Province.
