Ms. Li Yan joined Topwe in 2017, specializing in real estate legal affairs. She has served as legal counsel for several leading real estate companies in Fujian and other regions, many of which rank within the top 30 nationwide. In her practice, she provides comprehensive legal services to large real estate enterprises, including standardizing internal construction and sales processes and drafting transaction format texts. Ms. Li has extensive litigation experience in handling disputes involving commercial housing sales contracts and has led teams in handling thousands of such disputes. She has also participated in numerous nationwide real estate M&A legal services, with rich experience in commercial negotiations, due diligence, and transaction structure design. Ms. Li is also a member of the Real Estate and Urban Renewal Legal Professional Committee of the Fuzhou Lawyers Association.
