Ms. Hu Chunfang joined Topwe in 2016. Since joining, she has focused on resolving tax disputes, providing legal services for various tax-related cases such as issuing false VAT invoices, export tax refunds, tax evasion, and tax adjustments, including audit responses, administrative penalty hearings, administrative reviews, administrative litigations, and criminal defenses. She has accumulated rich experience in representing tax-related cases, recovering nearly 1 billion yuan in losses for clients across regions including Fujian, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, and Henan. The Xiamen Dingjianxing tax case she handled was rated as one of the top ten influential tax judicial cases in China by the Fiscal and Tax Law Research Association of the China Law Society. Ms. Hu is also serves as a director of the Fiscal and Tax Law Research Association of Fujian Law Society.
