Mr. Tubagus graduated from Pancasila University in Indonesia and has more than five years of practice experience, with rich experience in real estate, construction engineering, corporate mergers and acquisitions, labor relations, litigation, and arbitration. He has served PT Sunny Garden Property and PT Risland Sutera Property, subsidiaries of Country Garden Group in Indonesia. Before joining Topwe, Tubagus was a Senior Lawyer at Leks & Co Lawyers in Jakarta. Leks & Co Lawyers is a well-known local law firm specializing in real estate law, also providing general corporate affairs and dispute resolution legal services. Mr. Tubagus has rich practical experience in Indonesian law. His joining has played an important role in promoting Topwe’s legal services for Chinese enterprises in Indonesia.
