Mr. Harri has held positions in various government departments in the Republic of Indonesia, serving as Senior Accountant, Team Leader, and Audit Supervisor at the Finance and Development Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BPKP). Since 2002, he has dedicated over 20 years to the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), the government body overseeing foreign investment. Within BKPM, Mr. Harri has served as Head of the Internal Affairs Division, Deputy Director of the Association and Business Institution Cooperation Division, Director of the Indonesia Investment Promotion Center in Singapore, and as BKPM's Marketing Coordinator for investors from China and Russia. Throughout his tenure, he has represented the Indonesian government on numerous visits to China, aiding prominent Chinese companies such as Wuling Motors Holdings Limited and Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd. to invest in Indonesia.
Following his recent appointment at Topwe's Jakarta office, Mr. Harri will bring his wealth of experience to assist Chinese companies in investing in the emerging market of Indonesia.
