Before practicing law, Mr. Huang Shicheng had 15 years of experience in tax work and served as a public lawyer at a provincial-level audit bureau. He was several times seconded by the State Administration of Taxation to participate in special task forces against export tax fraud and false invoicing, responsible for major case inspections and trials.

Since becoming a lawyer, he has focused on communicating and handling major and complex tax disputes. He has successfully represented clients in tax penalty hearings, reviews, litigations, and criminal defenses, resolving practical issues such as invoice verification, tax inspections, irregular tax certificates, land value-added tax clearances, and deferred export tax refunds. While ensuring national tax revenue is not lost, he has fully safeguarded taxpayers’ legal rights.
