Experience:

Mr. Wang Xiaojun graduated from Sun Yat-sen University Law School. Before joining Topwe Law Firm in 2017, he had three years of corporate legal work experience and five years of experience in the legal department of an administrative agency.

After joining Topwe, Mr. Wang focused on compliance and administrative legal affairs, taking lawful administration by the government and compliance operations by enterprises as his writing and research directions, and opened the “Compliance and Administrative Law” WeChat public account. He has long served as a legal advisor to administrative agencies and state-owned enterprises such as the Fuqing Municipal Government, Fuzhou Customs, Natural Resources Planning Bureau, Fuqing Finance Bureau, Fuzhou Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., and Fuqing Water Investment Group, with rich experience in government and enterprise legal advisory work.

During his practice, Mr. Wang handled multiple cases involving government investment legal affairs, public-private partnership (PPP) agreements, and other administrative agreement cases. He also has rich practical experience in fields such as administrative penalties, administrative compliance, and government information disclosure. Mr. Wang assisted local governments in reclaiming over 300 million yuan in financial subsidies from central enterprises for illegal use of financial subsidies, marking the first successful case of its kind.

Mr. Wang’s business scope includes natural resources, market supervision, development and reform, customs, forestry, ocean, public security, finance, land requisition, state compensation, antitrust, and other departments. He is well-versed in various administrative compliance risks that enterprises may face and can provide targeted suggestions for the construction of administrative compliance systems.
