Ms. Lin Yingshan has been practicing for nearly six years and has two years of experience as an in-house lawyer. Since joining Topwe, she has participated as the primary handling lawyer in daily legal advisory matters for well-known real estate companies and property service companies such as Fullboon Industry, Vanke, Radiance, C&D, Jinmao, Rong Qiao, and Vanke Property. These matters include but are not limited to daily consultation answers, contract review, and sending lawyer letters. As the primary handling lawyer, she has participated in various cases involving commercial housing sales contract disputes, labor contract disputes, and construction contract disputes for subsidiaries of C&D. She has also provided special legal services such as property fee collection for Vanke Property and Bon Property, and conducted due diligence for Vanke Property’s acquisition of Binhai Property.
