Experience:

Ms. Wang Lin specializes in agency and defense of criminal cases. During her tenure at Topwe, she has represented clients in numerous cases involving corporate criminal responsibility and entrepreneur crimes, such as corporate smuggling, corporate and corporate bribery, issuing false VAT invoices, and corporate safety production accident crimes. She has also handled many internal whistleblower-related criminal cases due to non-standard internal governance of private enterprises, involving subsidiaries across the country and amounts totaling tens of billions. Ms. Wang is also among the first batch of professional personnel for the third-party supervision and evaluation mechanism for enterprise compliance in Fuzhou, familiar with the internal operations of enterprises, and assists enterprises in providing comprehensive rectification plans after being involved in cases, promoting the repair of internal mechanisms. She has also served as a member of the Legal Rights Protection Service Group of the Fujian Federation of Commerce & Industry, a member of the One Heart Fujian Merchants (Tongxin Minshang) Service Group of the Fujian Private Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, and a legal advisor to chambers of commerce such as the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce of Fujian and the Jiangxi Chamber of Commerce of Fujian. She has rich experience in compliance construction and crime prevention of private enterprises.

Ms. Wang Lin holds a master’s degree in law from Fujian Normal University and has served as deputy director, party branch secretary, and partner in other law firms in Fujian Province before joining Topwe Law Firm.
